夏に向けてスキッパーカラーのニットを企画していたタイミングで、突然アイデアが降りてきた新型のニット。

スキッパーのVゾーンに、古いスウェットにあるようなガゼットを付けてみたら面白いのではないかと着想し、バランスを試行錯誤しながら製作しました。

スキッパーベースの広い衿元が春夏らしいゆとりを生み、ガゼットが色気を与えすぎないよう引き締める。

ありそうでなかった良いバランスとなっております。

単調になりすぎないよう衿にはコントラストを効かせ、アーシーなBEIGEにはビビッドな赤を、しっとりとしたBLACKには対局の白をアクセントに目立てました。

リネンのニットは着用時期も長く、インナーとしてのレイヤードの楽しさから、夏のトップスとしても軽やかにご着用頂けます。

A new knit design that came to life suddenly, just as we were planning a skippper-collar knit for the summer.

We experimented by adding a gusset, reminiscent of vintage sweatshirts, to the V-zone of the skipper collar.

Through trial and error, the wide collar of the skipper base creates a sense of ease suitable for spring and summer, while the gusset keeps the look restrained, achieving a balance that feels both novel and natural.

To avoid monotony, the collar features contrasting details: vivid red accents on earthy beige, and stark white on deep black, adding subtle visual interest.

The linen knit is versatile across seasons.

It works as a layered piece in cooler months and as a light, comfortable top in summer.

When worn, it delivers a fresh sense of just-right balance.
