ANCELLMの核となるアプローチです。


VINTAGE の名作を踏襲し理解を深めながらあえて崩して再構成することで
パターンやバランス、ディテールをアップデート。

スッキリと見えつつ着心地はストレスフリーになる様、パターンを調整。

古着とは異なる経年変化を想像して色を作り
熟練の職人が手作業で工程を重ねることで、
何層にも感じられる奥行きを載せています。

L.INDIGOでは着古した先の淡い美しさ、
D.INDIGOでは明瞭なコントラストの美しさ。

深さの異なる二種のINDIGOで構成することで
岡山デニムの持つ経年の魅力がうまく引き出せたと思っています。

職人と話し合いながら汚しや小穴の位置まで細かく計算し
色だけでは届かない深さまで表情とムードを作り込みました。

By following and deepening the understanding of VINTAGE masterpieces and daring to break them down and reconstruct them.

L.INDIGO is the pale beauty of a worn-out garment,
D.INDIGO is the beauty of clear contrasts.

By composing with two types of INDIGO with different depths
I think I was able to bring out the charm of the ageing of Okayama denim.

The staining and the position of the small holes were calculated in detail while discussing with the craftsmen.
The expression and mood are created to a depth that cannot be reached by the colour alone.
